Can anyone help.The front passenger window on my Mk 6,4 door Fiesta Zetec has stopped winding up or down.The motor appears to be working but the window is stuck in a partially open position. I can push it down but can not push it all the way up. I've managed to get the door panel off,removed all the 10mm bolts that hold the whole assembly on but as the window is not fully up,the two 10mm nuts that hold the glass to the assembly, do not line up with the holes which are revealed by removing the two sticky-backed covers.Any ideas what might be causing the window not to be lifted up all the way to enable me to align the two holes up with the two 10mm nuts? Sorry if it's such a long thread but any help would be greatly appreciated.
