BMW M3 E46 Estoril Blue.

Here i have for sale my M3, it has covered 112k has some service history and mots, 18" alloy wheels with michelin tyres on the rear and toyo proxes on the front. Black leather and satnav, 6-7 months mot cant remember will update tomorrow when i look in the wallet.

Bad bits, both front wings do have some rust and damage on them as shown in the pictures and also the rear quarter has a small amount of rust on.

My friend is looking for one of these and I asked if this has been checked or warrantied for the rear subframes, SOME M3s suffered with cracked rear boot floor and BMW fixed many under warranty even outside normal time scales or have a big help with costs. It is unique to the M3. The last one my friend looked at looked fine but when a BMW tech checked it there was significant cracking.

I asked about this one as was going to put my friend in touch, I didn't get a reply though and my post was deleted.

I am not saying there is anything wrong with this specific car, just trying to find out more.

Its an M3 for under 5 grand, if you want all the checks etc pay Ł9k

 

To be fair, it's mainly the smg models that suffer this.

Could have been done with a pm though too.

There is no damage to the subframe any inspection is welcome. You can buy the wings on ebay and they bolt straight on it wouldnt be hard to sort out, i thought i had priced it accordingly but i guess peoples looking for a new car at this price lol.

Very sensibly priced that. Don't think that would hang around long but on the off chance you still have it once I have sold my fiesta, I would love to come and have a look.

Regret selling mine from the second it drove off.

 

Silly cheap. Just had an insurance quote on this for Ł215? Thought surely not right but had a list around Ł2-300, had no idea they were that price.

Why carlo, I did not know about that cracking so surely it is helpful info to possible buyers?

 

On a for sale thread it isnt the place Lee , if you want to know about it there is a general car room to ask or google it , the car is sold now but it could effect the sale thread of this car when it wasnt concerned in the fault
