Hi,

Basically I want to ditch my 1.6cvh and build a 1.8 or 2.1 ZVH running efi. I dont really know much about these engines so I will be doing quite a bit of research into them and have a mate whos a mechanic, Im also pretty handy with a spanner so I should be ok.

What engine do people think I should build ? I want it to pick up VERY quickly and have the potential for around 230bhp. I have also heard that when you build these engines you have to have adapter plates and drill & tap new holes etc...

Basically, which engine would be easier to build ?

Regarding the management side of things (sorry if I sound dumb ) I assume I will have to use a fiesta turbo ecu & loom, yes ? Will I have to do anything to my existing fuse box ? What do people reccomend ?

Im sure this will be an on going topic as theres always things Im not sure about etc... Any help & tips most appreciated
