Hello all ive got a 51" fiesta zetec S mk5 all std with 72k on the clock

Now the problem im having is its pushing oil out the breather pipe that goes to airbox and filling with the oil then ending up in the iner wing ect

Now im guessing its a prob with the breather system as I have done comp test & all very good, I have also done the roll down hill then come on the throttle and there is no smoke coming out the rear at all either

So whats the best places to start looking and trying ?? any common probs that these have at all?

To check the breather system for blockages, disconct the breather pipe from the airbox, take of the oil filer cap. Put you hand over the oil filler cap, and blow air up the breather pipe. If you don't feel any air coming out of the top of the engine you have a blockage somewhere

 

when you say blow air into the pipe do you mean blow with mouth or use a airline with in reason

 

The pipe that goes from the air box only goes straight to the rocker cover which is not blocked at all (fully tested/cleaned)

Now ive been running it up and its also breathing very heavy from the dipstick if you pull dipstick out while its running there is alot of smoke coming from there and still coming from the pipe from rocker cover to airbox

Now ive seen many different things being said but don't know where to start, people saying about a valve that goes tits up which you can bypass/drill out ??

where are all the pipes on a ZetecS engine and where shall I start
