I want to fit an engine pre-heater to my 59 plate TDCI 1.8 Focus. Has anybody successfully fitted one of these please? I understand these have to be fitted into the heater return pipe but I am not sure where this is located. Any comments gratefully received.

 

I fitted one to my 1999 MK1 1.8 TDDI Focus.

thanks where did you locate it? Is it below the battery in the engine bay nearside?
