Ive tried 2 types and the head lining has just sagged again.Make sure you get all the old orange glue off first. The best way would be to take the cloth off and glue a new cloth on.

The stuff I used was in a red and white tin with black writing on it.I cant remember what it was called.

I've just done a p38 headlining in alcantara

Only tips I can give are make sure all the old glue is removed or nothing will stick no matter what glue you use.
The best glue is a contact adhesive, a thin smear over both surfaces and leave for 15 - 20 minutes before putting together.
