as above is their anything anygood /body/engine /box wise worth trying to sell as one came my way today,as i needed sme bits off it for another car

all i can see is a full scorpion exhaust

 

engine, box and loom ecu good for a conversion in something else,worth selling as a package

 

anygood as a package in a mk3 track car m8? or a bit underpowered

 

gearbox won't go straight in a mk3, various custom parts required.

 

recaro interior, front bumper bonnet and brakes sell well

im not sure mate it 1992 model,was a long abandoned project that was being turned into a escos rep only has 61k on it

 

non-rotten shells are hard to come by these days if its not fucked under the arches?!

everything is RS2000 specific mostly (or 130ps XR3i brakes wise)

yes they do look identical to escos doors like the big turbo doors and mirror setup and the bonnet is vgood rs2000 one

if you split it it will be worth more,

complete........ depends what you paid for the car??

but usually Ł250-400 for complete setup, if its for a mk5 sell the exhaust.

Also check the partnumber on the Fusebox, if its BAA and not fucked id want Ł50-Ł100 for that on its own

 

My sister is breaking one at the minute too james and she has took some stuff, i have took the breaks and so far the rest has broken well!! She kept the main stuff for her rs2000 rep daily work van

 

Head and side lights as they are the same as escos also the digital clock is used to repair escos ones

 

rear disc beam is worthy too
the mk6 somestimes didn't get discs on the rear

 

The recaros would look well in my Puma.

I like mk5 RS2000s I would have one.

Are the fuse boxes the same as escort cossies.

my mate had a couple of these back in the day and turned 2 of them over on their roofs

must check into the fuse box

 

engines are strong and mated to a 2.3 galaxy bottom end its a cracker

 

what bhp with that coversion m8?

 

the 2.3 will easily kick out 170 brake with the potential for more power as well as torque

 

if anyone is breaking a early MK5 i need the little panels under the rear lights so can use the early rear lights on a face lift model

 

i was gonna tell James to chop them off with a grinder if its an early one as i know they sell, usually with the lights obviously

 

Regarding rear disc set up james, you unbolt the entire hub/backing plate from a mk3/4/5 fiesta...do the same on the mk5 rs2000 and bolt straight on to the fiesta axle. Then use a mk5 escort rs2k disc handbrake cable and its a straight fit. Job jobbed!!

I have seen entire rs2k rear brake set up with the handbrake cable etc being sold here for Ł200

 

that aint too bad dojj ,is that on stock injectors /management etc

its a pity as their is a cracking set of smoked rear lights buut one has a little piece broke off

such a shame they didn't just alter the exhaust to fit through the original hole .

 

100%agree with you mate ,they had grafted a original escos bumper onto the front and then do this to the back bumper lol
