Have you tried E mailing Retro Ford as they will know and might have some back issues or it might even be available on the net ?

Retro Ford have recently changed publishers so doubt the new ones will have a clue. Try getting in contact with Ben Morley, current editor of Performance Ford. He more than likely would have had something to do with the feature.
