I've got a Fiesta project on the go atm, however I seem to be taking one step forward, two steps back
I get one job sorted then upon moving onto the next I find a dodgy repair or bodge by the previous owner that means one job turns into several
. I had to really stop myself from taking a sledgehammer to it today. How do you guys keep yourselves motivated on your projects???

I kept looking on forums for inspiration, eventually deciding my Orions fate:-

I had various falling outs with mine, just take a step back.
I can't be arsed with mine at the minute, needs a gearbox but I can't be bothered swapping the box even though the replacement is sliding around the boot of my daily car.

I've done plenty of projects and granted I have had many ups and downs but I always get them finished.

This car really seems to be fighting me and I'm only at the bodywork stage.....
I very nearly lost it today and had to walk away. I really can't be arsed going back to it, period

I know how you feel. I am soooo close to getting my Saph back on the road but each niggle keeps tempting me to chuck a gallon of fuel and a match at it!! Just need to keep at it and once it's done you can look at it with pride and enjoy it

Got to start somewhere though, we have all been a 1/4 into it at some point lol. As folk have said, take a couple days away from it and go back with a fresh head, stick at it and it'll be worth it in the end
i know exactly what you mean, im having problems with my fiesta project, again seems like 1 step forward and 2 back,
