Default Possible fuse board problem? ANY HELP WOULD BE REALLY APPRECIATED!!

hello everyone, my 90spec mfi rs turbo for some reason will run without the fuse in to control the fuel pump, but with the fuse in I'm not getting a spark it will only fire without this fuse in, I'm also getting a problem with my headlights as well at the same time of this happening, does anyone have any idea if this is down to a faulty fuse board or something else?? Would really appreciate the help and thankyou to anyone that does!!

It is difficult with such a strange issue, perhaps try removing the box and visually inspect to see if anything amiss.
