Many years ago I had a cosworth that had a bar that pushed down on the brake pedal locking the brakes on and then padlocked on a bar welded under the dash, can anyone remember what they were called.

They had a few types. One like you said, one that just went through the wheel and locked against you windscreen,lol, and another that went over the handbrake and extened out to the gear lever.

 

I think it was pedal lock, I have the bar underneath my dash but not the bar to go on the pedal but couldn't remember the name.

there was one on ebay the other day.

 

as above pedal lok. had one on my orion about 12 year ago.

 

Still got one somewhere.... I welded an extra piece of metal each side of the padlock.
Came with an Abus disclock iirc?
