I was wondering if you can get the fiesta mk4/5 side window metal panel to replace the glass in the rear or do I have to by the whole quarter?

 

You looking at converting it into a van?

Well its not something I've ever seen done before, but where there's a will then there's a way.

 

The easiest way is to get the side window rubber from a Fiesta that doesn't have opening windows ie mk3. Remove the opening glass and rubber from your mk5 Cut a sheet of metal the same size as the glass and install it as you would a window

 

panels are still available as lad in my street recenty did this converting his ZS to a van

 

anything is possible. take them out of a fiesta van in a scrappers? drill out the spot welds. or you could get them vinyled over in vehicle colour..
