That looks too big is the bumper gonna fit over it and is the bonnet gonna shut properly ?

Its a mk2 focus rs intercooler got it just to try because I was going to fit a bigger rad as well but don't think its going to work
not unless I cut my bonnet as well.

I'd leave it mate not worth cutting things to try and make it fit. just try and buy one which is designed to fit your car.
