Default Best place to get a N/A zetec on carbs and vernier pulleys setup?

I have just bought my mk2 fiesta back, its a 2l silvertop zetec, only engine mods are ported and polished head, piper bp185 cams, R1 bike carbs, equal length exhaust manifold, and megajolt ecu. I think.

The carbs are already jetted from the previous zetec they were on but would like to get them checked over

But... The timing defanatly isnt right, someone changed the belt, didnt put them back where they were originaly, now they've moved the vernier pulleys too, so they need sorting by soneone who knows what they are doing?

Can anyone reccomend anywhere? Im in Southampton by the way so anywhere in Hampshire would be handy?

Cheers

JKM that have built Luca's fiesta are pretty nearby and clearly know their way round a set of spanners.
