Default Why is this FRS so cheap??

Looking at this car and wondering is it cheap for a reason? Or is it priced correctly? Cheers..

Basically 5,300 and 110k.. Here's the dudes ad:

Mrs has decided to sell her much loved FRS, car is advertised locally too.

-The car is a 53 plate and has just done 110k (alot has been done on motorway!)
-It has been in the same family since new - Previous owner was a Ford technician
-3 previous owners
-Body work is well........ fantastic! for it age and a car has been driven every day of its life it does has some age related marks, but every where it goes it gets heads turning.
-The car is totally standard (slightly rare these days!)
-Just had two tires fitted on front (same tires all around - Falkens)
-All alloys are in very good condition
-Always warmed up and down
-Ran on v power since owning the car

Will be very sad the day it goes, as it really is a good example!

She bought it from a local garage, where I bought my Evo from. At first we were undecided about buying with high milage, but once we heard the history and that it was kept in the same family we bought it. We had a look around a few previous to buying this, but most had loads of stone chips or owners!

The car has been well looked after by the previous owners and ourselves. It is treated with the best quality cleaning products.

Bad points (every car has them!!)

-Steering wheel has some wear marks and melting - common issue
-The alcantara on the divers and passenger seat is bobbled slightly - No rips of tears in seat!
-Booked fully stamped but no paper service history (Garage binned it when the car came into their possession)

Few pics of the car

Bloke seems legit to be honest having browsed his other threads, just genuinely seem to want to get it gone for the house move. I think the higher miles make it less desirable as most are weekend toys/garage ornaments and then slashing the price too much has made it look to cheap.

Might just be a bargain, if I was after a useable one, it would be top of the list personally.
