Can anyone recomend any good tins of paint and lacquer for spraying wheels?

And does anyone know what colour silver comp mo 6's are painted when new?

 

I have sprayed several sets of alloys, easy to do but you can tell they are not factory finished. I used aliminum primer, 3 coats halfords wheel paint the 2 coats heavy duty halfords laquer.

Ford strato silver is a common paint used for wheels as it matches standard for wheel colour quite well

One tip make sure you fully wet and dry the alloys as if not careful you end up with sand paper marks.
