There are two different oil pans on the standard 8v DOHC identifiable by where the starter is located. Looking from the front of the engine, which side is your starter motor?

Ok,

Then in the UK market you are after a sump from an automatic. if the lump for the starter is on the left when looking at it from the front (distributor cap)

Your starter shoul;d be under the inlet manifold, as said above - in the UK you would require a sump from an automatic.

Ford of France is wrong.

LHD sump is same as UK auto.

there are only 2 sumps for your engine, the auto version with the starter on one side and the manual one with the starter on the other

can you take a picture of the sump from underneath the car?

i'm sure we can help you out
