Default sierra xr4x4 2.9i for sale

Decided its time to sell up after owning my sierra for about 18 months,

Its never let me down in all that time but i just need a change

Its got quite a good spec so here goes:-

MOT till dec 2013, Tax runs out end of july but can negoiate tax with a buyer

Its showing 49,000 apprx but not sure if its gone round the clock, it doesn't look like a 150,000 mile car, when i bought it the guy told me it was owned by a welsh motoring college before he bought it so the mileage might be genuine.

I do have quite a few old MOT's and some receipts, but not many, mainly what i have spent on it.

The car is fully poly bushed, front and rear.

It has cosworth 4 pot calipers on the front with grooved discs and red stuff pads, i have just put a brand new caliper on the D/S and the discs and pads are also brand new on the front. it has grooved discs on the rear.

Braided brake lines front and rear.

17 inch imola wheels with a spare 17 inch imola also.

Avo suspension front and rear.

Fully sports exhaust system from downpipes back.

Pipercross air filters fitted.

The viscous fan has been removed and twin electric ones fitted, one on a switch, the other controlled via a thermo switch under the bonnet.

The interior is stripped out but i have all the interior to go back in, its fitted with a cobra imola 'S' bucket seat and sparco harness on the drivers side, standard passenger side.

There is a sparco steering wheel fitted.

I have recently fitted areo catches to the bonnet as i intended on using the car on track days, for extra security.

body wise, its had a little welding to the rear outer sills, but the rear arches are still pretty good, will try and get some better pics. inner sills have never been welded, it does have rust scabs here and there but quite good considering its age.

Engine wise, its just had an oil change, it runs well from hot or cold, no nasty rattles

Heres a couple of pics

its not a concourse car but i feel its fairly priced considering the spec and how much i have just spent on it,

feel free to comment either good or bad if its priced too high

I'll start at £1250 ono and see how it goes

cheers Matthew

I had an black 89 G player 10years ago, and that looks better than when I bought mine.

with the extra bits and bobs along with the wheels I'd say that's a very good price, shouldnt be about for long.

I think they are as I bought a new one off eBay a couple of months ago, they do look different as they have no centre caps fitted, I think they look better without the caps

TSW Imola's have a big threaded piece in the center that the massive coloured nut goes on.

Anyway, It looks like too good a car to break - seriously give it a chance I think it is a good price for what looks like a fair car.

Oh right, it's just the spare alloy I bought was brand new and advertised as an imola

Cheers for the comments
