Default Twitchy sierra?

Hi all, just bought my first sierra today 2.0 dohc

i noticed on the way home that it very twitchy/wavey when cornering changing lanes and when braking?
any ideas?

going to get her up on the ramp tommorow have a good look underneath.

Probably something like worn bushes and/or shocks.

First thing to check is the TCA bushes, these are notorious for wearing, which leads to 'baggy' steering etc.

check your tyre pressures arent too high ,i drove one with 50lbs in all 4 tyres and made it undriveable

and the escos rims wont do it any favours

i must check the pressures!

i was unerneath it and getting my mate to push it from side to side the tyres did seem to do a lot of moving??

could not see anything else no bushes seem to be worn?

I put money on it'll be all of the bushes.....

When I replaced all of mine to Powerflex, every one was showing signs of perishing and if every bush has wear in it, they will all contribute to each other.

Mine was scary going round bends over 90mph and braking from 130mph

30 psi all round, Tyre size Front:195/45 R16 Rear:205/45 R16

Bushes are on the list of things to do they just dont seem to be bad!
