Many people do when they do the Zetec turbo conversion. iirc you need to redrilll and tap the head to accept the fanimold

Nice words. Thankyou very much. Any other advice to increase hp. Air intake is the main one I keep hearing and reading. How can I get more fuel supply?

You can't just fit the rs manifold and off you go
You need everything to turbo the car
Fit an st170 manifold if you have a non turbo Zetec

Its a ford escort 1.8 xr3i J reg convertible if it helps. Iv got two induction kits on at the moment. Considering the third one too and a mesh grill front. But will definitely look into this rs turbo manifold x
