Have a Focus ST170 04 Plate 3door with the drivers electric window not working. Basicly when you press the button to go up or down nothing happens and no noise or nothing?

Are there any common problems this could be?

 

Checked you have power going to the motor etc?

 

Not yet. havent had the dorr card off yet. Just getting a heads up if anyone has had this prob before.

 

Alot of the focuses have problems with the elecy window not working.

I would first be checking that there is power at the window regulator motor first. If there is the motor is properly sized. When my focus motor packed up I took the motor apart and lubed it up. Its been working ever since.
