mk1 focus questions
Hi my name is Nick and I'm new here!
So after crashing my Seat Ibiza diesel I wanted a petrol engine that was fast and tuneable. So I found a mk1 1.8 focus for 800 and after a testdrive I was in love with it!
But the interior was shit. the steering wheel is terribly worn , the seats are ripped and the previous owner smoked in it so the interior was brown too.. I cleaned the interior but I can't refurbish the steering wheel and I need new seats.
So now getting to the point:
Because my car is red and I cant seem to find all black mk1 rs seats will the mk2 rs seats fit? And secondly If I replace the steering wheel with a aftermarket wheel I will get a airbag signal how do I fix that? or turn it off?
Cheers
Nick

I'm not sure if Mk2 RS seats will fit but I know on another forum someone has fitted MK2 red and grey ST seats into a three door red Mk1.5 TDCI Sport. I know they can take a bit of fettling but they look really nice.
As for the change of steering wheel to one without an airbag I think you'll have it plugged into to a diagnostic to deactivate the air bag light.
