S1 RUNNIG PROBLEM HELP??????????

IT WILL START FROM COLD ON ONLY 2 CYLINDER BUT AS SOON AS IT WARM RUNS PERFECT,GOT A GOOD SPARK WHEN COLD PLEASE HELP IT DOING ME HEAD IN COULD IT BE THE AIRFLOW METER

sounds like u got some weak lifters and they discharge themselves overnite or the mixtures running abit weak to me?

My series 2 was bad for this, basicaly the same engine.
I put a new set of injectors in and it was fine. The injectors open on fuel pressure so after a while they must go weak and weep fuel into cylinder. They are not that expensive, about £20 a piece.
I would try disconectig cold start injector first, its free.
