Default Zetec turbo spark plug recommendations please

As title
Anyone recommend me some, or is it worth machining the head to accept Cossie type ones?

I use standard frs plugs in mine gapped to 0.9 they are fine at 360 and my mate uses them too in his 390+ gapped the same

Should br good with frs ones for the power you're after i'd imagine? otherwise i don't know of any that long that are any good!

I have always used standard £10 zetec plugs gapped to .7

Standard frs ftw! It s have been know to break up and wreck engines! If you feeling flush get some Johnfrs specials 150 a set tho!!

Most of the massive power Zetecs seem to use Cossie plugs, but below 450 standard plugs are fine.

Doesn't this cause the head to blow out where the plug sits due to machining it close to a water jacket or oil way ? A mate of mine had the done to his head and it blew the plug clean out of the head

It does get closer but not heard of one failing. I know Lee did this mod on his 592bhp engine, but he machines it so the plug sits higher in the head as well. He did this on his old 450+ bhp engine and Alex's old engine, and they both took an absolute caining!
