Wanting to polly bush mine inner and outer, is this sensible?

It's just the swirl ball joint type bits are pretty knackered on mine, so can I just buy new ones of these, or do I have to buy new arms then push out the new oe bushes that are supplied with them....

What are people's experiences?

 

New arms I'm afraid mate, I have a used set with poly ARB bushes fitted but would have to check the condition of the ball joints if you're interested.
