Default Plasticoat, any experts about?

What can you paint with it?

How durable is it?

How expensive is it to do right?

Etc

Thanks

I haven't fitted it myself but so far (in 2 months) we have removed 2 Matt black plasti dip installs on cars which was a complete bastard in a few places and re-wrapped them with vinyl.

I know some people have been very impressed by it and I have to admit on a couple of panels the finish was ok but from my own personal experiences I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole and it sounded like it wasn't exactly cheap either.

I was thinking of doing my bonnet and roof as it might work out cheaper than filler and spraying, plus it would look different to just having it wrapped as the paints got to be good underneath

You can wrap straight over primer buddy.
As long as the primer is smooth theres no need to have it painted first.
