Which day is best to go? Me and a mate are going to book tickets this weekend but just wanted to ask those who have been previously which day is the best and why?

Cheers billy

I've been the last few years on the Sundays and it is RAMMED! so many people, not a bad thing but when you consider trying to get in and out it is a pain. got there in 3 hours last year, took nearly 5 on the way back and we left about 3 hours from the end of the day.

This year we are going on the Saturday. Luckily I work for Land Rover so I am able to get my tickets at a discount rate which is always nice. But then again the tickets are cheaper for the Saturday as well.

The only really difference between the two days is the Hill Runs,
on Saturday they hold qualifying to determine the order for the actually competition on the Sunday. Apart from that there isn't much difference between the two.

It is a petrol heads dream though!!

When I went we did Friday and Saturday. Thursday is press day as far as I know, and there's not much action on the hill. Sunday is far too busy.

I think the tickets for Fri & Sat were Ł96 all together. Not sure if you can turn up on the day. Best check on their website.

Its worth the price and the nuts of a show. There is to much to see in one day, but Sunday is the hill finals so you could watch the rally course in the morning and the finals and the winners trophies in the afternoon
