Mondeo or escort estate perhaps. was very popular on the mk3 fiestas

 

looks like saxo one stuck on the rear of the original, its pig ugly btw

lots of people are putting these on, from the top, yeh it does look nasty, but i think it goes well with smooth boots, as when you remove everything, it looks to bare without the spoiler.

any other spoiler on a mk5 other than the standard one looks terrible imo

 

how can you say it looks similar when there are no pics on the page

 

think I would rather have the lid off the wheelie bin in the background on my fez that that bodge combination if truth be told

 

i've had saxos in the past and tbh it doesn't look like a saxo spoiler

i'll bet my house on it not being a saxo spoiler, i know what size saxo spoilers are and compared to the mk5 spoiler in the first pic, the spoiler attached is too big to be a saxo spoiler

 

This picture is that of a fiesta fitted with saxo spoiler, I rest my case , so when can I pick up the keys to your house ?????????????

 

yeh now i look at it its not a saxo spoiler, its too thin width wise.

that may be a saxo spoiler but its not mounted on a standard mk5 spoiler and it is not the car in question in the first post

 

even in the face of evidence you dont want to move home , should not bet on such things if you cant back it up or wriggle out on technicality's

 

the OP asked what spoiler was on the car in the first pic, which is not a saxo spoiler, the OP didn't ask what spoiler could be fitted

2nd, does anyone know where I can get an interior similar to this... obviously its a custom job but does anyone know of a company that specializes in custom interiors as ive had no luck... found bespoke interiors... no thanks... I dont want to ''quaint'' my ride...

I have looked for a boot spoiler for my mk5 zetec s and can't find one that I like. Can any 1 help ?

 

Its a custom spoiler mate, I made one myself after seeing this, its 2 spoilers, the original fiesta mk4/5 spoiler with a saxo vtr spoiler stuck on....

there are aftermarket ones you simply need to do some detective work online or buy fast ford/performance ford mags

 

Your best bet is this one mate, all others look rubbish, trust me, I did my research.... hence me making my own... I used fiberglass to fix them together, sand down both spoilers so you have a decent contact, you can buy pre-made fiberglass in tubs, about 12 quid... I went threw a few tubs myself, not just on the spoiler alone, I fitted a body kit also, but Im sure if you look about you'll find some cheaper...

 

Was the boot lock hard to smooth out on this as well I'm looking at doin this next

 

Yes an no, you need to buy a "boot pop" their about Ł14 off eBay so that you can open your boot from inside the car, you can then wire it threw onto the dash or where ever you prefair... Preparation is the key... Mine is near finished ready for its respray but that won't be happening until the summer.

 

Mine already has the boot pop in and working it comes standard on my car I just have never smoothed a boot Befor and not to sure what bits to take out

 

Id say get a haynes manual mate, then have a look on how to remove it, if you can remove the casing and the key-lock but the mechanism/boot-release still works then go for it, of your own accord of cause... My car is a project you see, its not a day to day run around so think ahead on what you want to do to it before taking bits off or adding them on...
