Default Oven broken. Anyone know about gas ovens? (with pics)

Help, my bloody over has broken. Anyone know about ovens or where I can get spare parts, or even what these parts are LOL

Problem.... (BTW the oven is gas. No electrics to complicate things.)
Basically when you light the oven the pilot light ignites but it never kicks in to full heat. Not getting full power. Usually when you light it, the oven stays on low gas for a few seconds and then comes on properly. Not now though.
I assume this is a safety thing, to make sure the gas has lit before it gives it a full supply of gas.

So... is my problem the thing on the back of the oven (DIAG 2)?
Or is the problem the thermostat thing near the actual oven knob (DIAG 3)?

heres some dirty oven pics for your enjoyment...

inside of oven. Showing burner, and this copper wire which runs to the 'thing' on Diag 2....

I think this 'thing' must use the copper wire to sense if the oven is infact alight. If so, it allows full gas flow to the oven. so is this thing broken??

..Or is it the thermostat. The copper wire here is NOT connected to copper wire in Diag 2. This coper wires just runs inside oven, and senses oven temperature. So regulating oven temps. Could thermostat be broke?

anyway, spent all night taking oven apart, and no further forward in fixing it. Anyone can tell me whats wrong, identify those parts, or tell me WHERE I CAN EVEN GET SPARE PARTS would make me very .

Might have to junk it and get a second hand oven. Hate throwing things out when there not very broken. Probably cheaper to get 2nd hand oven than to get someone in to fix it??? What ya recon?

Cheers, steve
