Default Engine Oil for around 210 bhp?

Engine is all back together and ready for some oil (wasn't rebuilt, just sump, inlets etc removed for cleaning and inspection) I am thinking of getting Millers oil and the engine is Efi running around 200-210 bhp, am i right in thinking 10/50 fully synthetic?

Cheers, Twinny

I use Millers 10w-50 in mine and it runs well.

This was the cheapest place I could find it

i think this is one of those long winded "well ive got " topics

nothing wrong in that

Im going to have my say atleast lol

Guy in the local motorfactors said he had just been on a "oil course" and recons that the CVH turbo should be semi sinthetic as the chemicals / products to make it fully sinthetic will be burnt off with the higher temps ????

Ive got a semi castrol 10/40 in mine ( halfords were doing a special, only reason i went for that ) ( and not because of the bloke above ) and when its hot its like piss proper piss , sometimes the oil pressure light flickers on at tick over coz its so thin !!

its nearly time for an oil change anyway so ill defo be going thicker
