I know its a scam of some kind, but what exactly is the deal??

Look at the guys feedback, did the people that gave him negative feedback really think they could buy a 42" Plasma Telly for £4.99??

its a list of supply warehouses & tips etc to help you set up a companywith a DHL or similar account & tells you how to go around asking for samples, simple & apparently effective, not tried it meself tho
(got mullered one night & bought one v. similar)
one day i'll give it a go
