Hi All, I'm new on here but am told that someone may be able to help. I've fitted a Sierra Cosworth Brake Master Cylinder with the electical pump for the vacuum pressure to a MK1 Sierra shell. I need detailed help as to how to wire this up, I'm not installing the ABS which this master cylinder was designed for but understand that a few people have done this conversion already?
I'd really appreciate it if someone could send me some help

 

You don't need the ABS aspect, but you will need the valve block etc that goes with it, I think it's just a case of powering the pump up, there is a pressure switch which activates the pump when the pressure drops.

Hi, can anyone help please? There are two wires that power the pump on the cosworth brake master - all I need to know is which one is positive and which is the earth?

 

You only need the mc/servo/pump you do not need the abs splitter block front pipe on mc is for both front brakes middle blank it it is a return rear is for rear brakes! I bought my loom off some one (braided) all i have are the plugs go to a relay and all i had to do was plug plugs in 1 wire to + on batt one to - on batt one wire to ignition live(position 2) and the two wires to abs dash bulb in clocks! It cost me £90 and looks the nuts
