heres my new j reg mk4 escort combi van ive just brought as a project!

as we all know j reg mk4's are very rare but this is the 1st j reg combie van ive ever seen.

brought it off ebay yesterday wiv 10 months tax & 4 months test for just £250!!!!!!!

after a 5 hour drive!!!!!!! we picked it up turned arouind & came home.

it was bog standard this morning & very vrey faded (looked grey in places), but after a good days t-cutting, a grinder 2 trim a few unwanted coils off & a set of escort cossie wheels its starting 2 look rather smart!

what do u think?









i have fiesta turbo running gear for it & lots more!

but for the next few months its staying as it is as im gonna use up most of the tax before it gets stripped down.

 

looks tough with those rims on

 

nice on a j plate

 

but why cut springs? it really isnt safe

 

cos van is only being used for few months & then its comeing off road for full paint & all new parts includeing a suspension kit!

dont want 2 fit anything now as dont want to fook any of it up

o yes you do! there is 3 by me, and there is two blue ones, one j one k by my mums! o and the white ones i use to have...

bodywork wise its going full 90's(eg.. turbo look (kit, bumpers, bonnet etc....)

the colour is going mallard green with dark grey escort cossie rims

top features will be til & slide sunroof & pillerless escort cab doors!!!!!!!!!!

black van is on 18's, lowerd gti skirts & front bumper, side winding bucket seats & came from ford in pantha metallic black!!!! wiv e/w, c/l, e/m as standard!
