Default Does my Turbo Need Replacing?

Took the hose off my turbo today and checked for play..the shaft moves about 2-3 mm up and down and no movement in and out.

Bit of oil in the hose too ..The car smokes (blue) when started in the morning but clears after 5mins of driving. Also ive noticed on the hose on the bottom of the turbo to the block oil seems to be driping out of here..

Bit unsure as its the first s2 ive owned

Cheers

hmmm, yeah normally you're looking at a fraction of left-right play in the shaft. When i say fraction as in half a mm at the most.
