Semi or fully synthetic oil? Fiesta 1.6 TDCI

I'm looking to do an oil change on my Zetec S TDCi.

There are many oils listed for my model, all being 5w30 but in both semi synthetic and fully synthetic, so which is most suitable for my engine?

Well due to the enormous response from all the views I've had, I decided to go with fully synthetic

From: normally dewsbury west yorkshire, but i could wake up anywhere!

i put full synthetic 5w30 in.

always after a good flush too.
