Default My mk5 fiesta project

Right after selling my saf cos and s2 I done the passion ford thing and bought myself and e46 330 touring m-spec what a car and something I wish I had done sooner. But last November I spilt with my missis and It hit me hard, resulting in me losing my licence to drink driving, it turned out to be the kick in the back side I needed!! I sorted things with the missis and decided I needed something to help pass the time while baned (12 months reduced 9 if I complete the corse) I was offered a mk5 fiesta 1400 zetec for £150 so I snapped it up and the project started!! I wanted to be a little different so I decided I wanted to make it into a van with back seats!
I picked up a full zetec s interior, bumpers and side skirts from a breakers in Southend,
A set of weitec coil overs from eBay
A pair of recaros from this site, and mk3.5 runners nod top hat mounts from eBay
And a few other bits and pieces from eBay
2 new wings from euros
I found someone breaking a van and they removed the rear panels for me
I also picked up a 1.7 puma from eBay to use as a donner for the engine
One of the main reasons for doing this is, cheaper to insure and I also want to be able to use it and not worry where I park it
I'm going down the euro style route with it, not everyone's cup of tea but its my car and I'm not building it to please anyone else!!
The colour I'm going for is BMW sepang bronze
It's at my friends having the body work done and should be in paint next week

So that's where I'm upto at the minute, it's coming out the garage Monday so I will get so better pics, the plan is to be ready for the passion ford meet at the ace cafe in may!

Just not shaw what wheels to go for yet!

And this is a photoshop picture that started all this!!

All comments welcome!

Glen having now driven a puma I've been thinking about turning mine into a track car, with a 2.0 Zetec as they handle so well

Done a bit more tonight, my carpet had seen better days, so as my puma is stripped for track car prep, I decided to fit the puma carpet!!
Just needs a good clean, and I need to get the door cards trimmed to match my seats? Or a full retrim?
