It's always the Easter weekend. May is the Bangor show.

It's because nobody can be bothered with the shambles we call an RSOC anymore. I've no intention of doing any RS shows this year. I'm going to try and get to ones I've never been to before.

Who runs the RSOC up north Paul???

And Dan and TJ if you are wanting to go to decent Ford shows this year, the RSOC Ireland national day in Mullingar, is always a good turn out. Paul will confirm that.

And from what alot of folk have told me in the past, the Neal Egan memorial run over in Sligo is supposed to be a real good turn out as well!!

Default Kilrea show / RSOC N.I.

Guys, just to clear up a few things regarding previous comments on this thread. The RS Owners Club N.I. are not involved with the organization or running of the Kilrea show on Easter Sunday. It is an independent group of Ford owners in the Co.Antrim area who have been responsible for it from day one and are not associated with RSOC N.I.

With regards to RSOC N.I. it is true that over the past few years they had been noticeable by their absence at many events, apart form their organization of the shows at Bangor and The Outlet at Banbridge. There were various reasons for this, but earlier this year a small group of long standing RSOC members took over the management of the club (a small mailing list is all the remained) and are attempting to revitalize the club and build up a new membership. This is an extremely difficult task and will take time to achieve. The new team is in the process of organizing the Bangor show on 4th May, with everything already in place for it including a large number of Trophies. They will also be again organizing the Outlet show in August. The club will also be much more visible this year at many other shows, including Portrush, Cultra, Junction One, etc etc.

The new team has been registered with RSOC UK and they have given their approval and support to them.

The guys would appreciate any support and encouragement from RS Owners in N.I. and would invite them to attend the Bangor show when you can join the club if interested. Their new website which is under construction can be found at :- www.rsocni.co.uk

Details of the Bangor event are as follows :-

RSOC N.I. Regional Display
Saturday 4th May
McKee Clock Arena on Bangor seafront.
Starts at 10:00am.
Open to all Fords.
