Default Fiesta MK5 TDDi Rev counter...

Is it possible to add a rev counter to a MK5 (digi dash) Fiesta 1.8 TDDi that doesn't have one as standard.

I've noticed that the models that do have one fitted have, what appears, to be the same cluster as the petrol models (ie a rev counter that goes to 7000rpm!) so was wondering if they were plug and play?

The engine you have isn't a TDDI, its an endura-d.

If its anything like the petrol endura engines, you can find a feed for the tacho at the back of the fan speed switch if it isn't in one of the plugs going into the back of the clocks.

Regards, Phil.

Its another incarnation of the TDDi engine. Like the Endura-E engine is to the Valencia engine.

Thought as much with the wiring, cheers.
