As far as I know they're custom made by the owners - not seen any modified ones for sale anywhere.
You can get the standard ones from Ford for about Ł30 odd.

Thats a custom modified one which involves taking 2 grills and cutting them up to get rid of the horrid triangle shapes, very time consuming hence why none of the mainstream tuners offer them as a modification you can buy off the shelf
You could always go down the Zunsport route they do full replacement mesh grills for both model ST's
