Ok as some of you may know I'm about to take delivery of a cracking shell from slider that is basically complete bar the following items so these bits are NOT for sale:
Engine
Box
Transfer box/shafts etc
Fuel pump (only standard anyway)
Rear brakes (rough anyway)
Wheels

Obviously if anythings in better condition on my old car I will sell the worse item on here but that's not likely as most of my stuff was standard anyway.

Any advice on price welcomed and offers on any parts considered,postage is possible on most items but on a lot of bigger parts I'd prefer collection.

I work away so I'm not always about to answer queries but there's always someone here who can help with the various items that maybe of interest.

Shell with logbook&id ,only really useful for cutting out the floors and inner wings for an escort project IMO but its fully legit and hpi clear which may help with the BIVA/SVA process.Will photocopy the history and provide a full reciept with the car. Sorry I.d not for sale separately.

Probably a few more bits I've forgotten about.
The car to all intents and purposes was a good well looked after motor but sadly the rot has got at it and I have really run out of interest in it now,it's not a basket case if someone wants to offer me say around a grand for the car minus the bits above I need but it needs sills,the roof is bubbling and seat belt points to be good again.
It has had a lot of welding done in my possession,namely rear legs,jacking points and some sill work but in all honesty that has held up ok it's just ran out of my patience now.
Might make a good track motor with a granny cossie motor in it but I'm guessing breaking it will be the end game.

Have a dump valve but for now that's staying with the engine unless whoever sets it up says otherwise or I get fed up with the sound!!!
It's a bailey one as well.
Yep sure will mate,although I'm not 100% certain one of them has a single gauge pod in it? I may have another standard one there.
Deffo got b pillars,will see the condition/colour of them later.

Never got the pm mate but afaik the bumper is perfect,it was sprayed off the car so the new paint is everywhere so a good job.

It feels solid on the car so i would think the brackets are ok but if you can advise me on what I should look for then I'll let you know.

As for courier postage I have no idea,happy to make some enquiries though.

Rear bumper should have 2 metal brackets in the rear of the bumper,should hopefully be still attached to bumper pretty solid, also there should be 2 square looking plastic brackets on the sides of the bumper where a plastic push & twist fastener slots in (1 each side), also 2 plastic pegs above the square looking brackets again (1 each side)
If you could possibly get some photos of the outside of bumper & inside where the above brackets are that would be much appreciated
If everything's how it should be will definatley have the bumper & if you make enquiries on postage will pay the extra

Excellent mate,done 130k afaik but maybe less.
Car drove fine but bear in mind that was a few years ago now.

Right guys after realising a lot of the bits on the other shell are 2wd plus I'm gonna be away now for approx 3 weeks I might as well say I'll suspend the thread for now until I get the car stripped and all the bits I need on and off and start it up again.

By all means reply to the thread but be aware I won't be selling anything except panels etc until mid April.

Hi matey would you sell a osr central door locking mechanism separte from the door.

 

Would prefer to sell the whole doors at the moment but if no interest by the time I get back then we can sort sommet out.

Not sure on how much post is but £10 for the mech,I'll double check it all works first as there's 3 new doors on the car and I can't remember if I kept the old ones (which were perfect).

 

No leaks,but need to check how good the one is on my new shell first (I believe it's spot on).
No idea on postage.
