but...
the mk3 doors have the 2 plastic bits in them for the handles,s2 dont use them
i might have a couple of mk4 doors at home if you need some

They are 99% the same. The inner release handle for the catch mounts different but you can cut a section out of your old door and weld it to your new door to make it fit...

I am pretty sure you wont get the MK3 mirrors to fit the MK4 doors as well

The hole for the door lock is larger in mk4 doors.

yes the doors will go on.
However the inside mk3 door skin mounting plug holes may need drilling into the door as not all of them are there on most mk4 doors.
