hi every1 i have recently had engine bay painted on my 2wd saff an now when i put head lights on side lights the dip beam comes on as well not very well an when put them on too dip beam it makes no difference an no full beam. Also when turn lights on the heated window turns on too. Also things like clock an the warning panel (The car pictures that tells you when door open etc) dont work have checked an rechecked earths in engine bay etc any suggestions? cheers p.s any 1 direct me too a link of fuse box wiring diagram cheers
The one you mention will be the one for the lights, what it is is where it's been those earth connections are no longer making good contact, it's worth removing them and making sure you can see bare unpainted metal, you most likely have paint underneath them?

It would appear that somekind of earth leakage, on ships one would use a insulated return which totally isolates one system from another.
You have a feed and as a result a return! you need to isolate each individual item-ie lights/Stereo/alarm/abs etc with ecu)(provided engines runs well negating issue . only by process of ellimination will reveal.
