Hi

The heater has stopped working on my Fiesta Mk5 Zetec, the temperature gauge is normal but its blowing cold air. A quick Google suggests the heater control valve but the pipes either side of the valve are hot so it is opening. If the valve has gone would the pipes be hot either side or could it be the heater control on the dashboard panel itself?
