Default iphone to Radio connection on ST-2 08 plate

Can any one point me in the right direction of what cable i would need to connect my iphone to my radio in my ST-2 on an 08 plate?

From what the dealer told me, yet couldnt point me in the right direction, the Aux input for this is in the Glove compartment.

Thanks

the aux connection is right at the front of the glove box along the top edge, big grey socket if it has one!

and you will need a normal 3.5mm at each end cable to plug your iphone in to it unless you want to get an aftermarket ipod controller thing for it!

It does.

So basicaly, if im reading you right here, i will need a 3.5mm jack on each end, i plug one end into the Aux in the glove box input and the other into my iphone headphone jack and simply play the music via the radio as if it was infact a big set of headphones?

Is it really that simple?

I also use an FM transmittor that plugs into the bottom of the iphone, the charger socket. You set it to an FM frequency, say 95.5FM then tune your car radio to that frequency and you can listen to your music that way. No need for wires everywhere.
