Manifold sold, Forge actuator and Area Six cam still available.

Spec of the cam is 262 deg. and 10.4mm lift. As for timing instructions this is what Ian recommended.

"I normally measure lift at TDC during opening. Start with 0.5mm lift(at the follower) and test drive it. You may want to retard the cam (less lift at tdc) if you want it to hang on more at the top end, but trial and testing will give you the answer
