Rear beam bushes alloy or poly ??

As above, I am at the best bit of restoring my sapphire, bolting nice Shiney stuff onto it 😁
Problem is don't know what type of beam bushes to use, I heard that the alloy ones are to harsh for road use ?? 😕
Any help on this would be great

ive got alloy bushes. not too harsh but not been on a really long run in it. you can feel that the axle is planted to the body, no light feelings from the rear of the car.

Alloy ones are great fella i have tem in mine & have made them for a lot of people
if you want some made or any info give a bell i will p/m my number
