This footage is the video from my m8s Rst when he was chasing me in the Connect van around Mallory Pk in the wet. He comes unstuck unfortunatly.....

The Connect has Focus Rs engine & running gear, its quality to drive & handles really well considering is Focus Rs struts & lowered. Great fun

to be honest watching from the start it was inevitable. no concentration and too busy talking. steering wheel way off centre with bad hand position because of it. could have wiped some innocent fellow out which would not have been cool. learn from your mistakes.

2 things to suggest for the next wet track day
buy new wipers
if you are unfortiuneate to enough to crash, remove hands from the steerin wheel as this is the best way to break thumbs
but otherwise, if looked good if it was in a better set of hands that
glad the only thing that got injured was the car, they always say you can bend metal back into shape

no one expect to be like lewis hamilton but if im on the track id like to think the guy behind me is concentrating and not busy chatting swinging his head around. im sure if he crashed into you then you would think different
