Are Ferriday Engineering decompression plates reusable?

As above please, looking to fit a big valve head this weekend..

Yes. Have reused one approx 4 times. And is going well at about 5k miles on current engine.

I found a2ltr/2.1ltr zvh stainless steel decomp plate in my shed the other day from one of my old engines, only been fitted once if anyone still uses them?
