cheers here my new engine been told the zvh turbo was not worth the money he was asking so today put a deposit down pick it up sunday

fell over tonight proper polished my front bumper up put it in back room couple of hours later tripped over little lads toys and my skinny arse went through the bumper so gutted

Evening all started on alloys wish i never now pain in the arse lol just a couple of pictures for now.plus am going picking my engine up tomorrow afternoon to so things are well moving now

my new engine picked it up today got interior loom and engine loom going to clean block down new water pump and belts

sorted the looms out this morning and started to strip the subframe then painting it lime green with engine block gearboxs and pipes,allways am need a pair of hubs and a full airfilter box.

Took dash out removed full streeing wheel to fit rs2k pats loom

had to mate took fusebox out found out its been leaking so put it in there to dry and warm car up lol

are you simply fitting a I4 rs2k lump Ash or fitting a turbo set up to it as the thread title threw me a bit as turbo I4 sets ups are mega bucks ?

yea i dont know who to ask to change title to rs200 conversion from zvh the zvh needed to much work on turbo and gearbox so i got the i4 engine instead

Evening all no picture updates yet as been snowed in,just waiting for my lime green tins of paint to come so can start on engine block and gearbox along with subframe,i need some good proper stuff to get oil grease off my engine block tryed a tin of engine cleaner and didnt even do sod all??

Will be keeping an eye on this will be doing this conversion in the winter if I can get a workshop! Always wanted too put an i4 in mine!
