CD Player Error Msg

Hi, brought my new fiesta yesterday (55 plate), popped in a cd today and now it wont eject - just get a "Error E83" message coming up. CD plays find as does the radio - any ideas on how to get it out?

as long as you have the code for it I would try unhooking the battery and you may get lucky failing that its stereo out job
